TERMS & CONDITIONS
We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment.
In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our time, we have adopted the following policies:
ARRIVAL TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive for your appointment 10-20 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time – especially for your first session. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (for new clients), and prepare for the service. All services have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be delayed (or cut short) to keep on time for others scheduled later in the day. Your original treatment time will be charged.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment and would like a full refund. This gives enough time to fill the open appointment. Cancellations between 24-47 hours prior to your appointment will result in a small cancellation fee of 10% of the scheduled services. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours, there will be no refund and the charge will go through as if the services were completed.
PLEASE CALL 575-636-7099 TO MAKE ANY APPOINTMENT CHANGES.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of schedule appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged. PLEASE CALL 575-636-7099 FOR LATE ARRIVAL THE DAY OF YOUR SERVICE.
NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to show up for appointments will be charged the value of the services scheduled.
Prior to each session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with us, you will receive a copy of Harmony 360’s policies and will be asked to sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional policies and procedures. Clients who we have not seen for at least a year will also be asked to fill out this form.
RESPECT FOR CLIENT NEEDS & BOUNDARIES
Harmony 360 is happy to adjust volume and touch as requested by the client. Please let your technician know if the music is too loud or not loud enough.
Occasionally, an emotional response occurs. If this happens, it is ok to express the feelings in our safe, nonjudgmental environment – or you may request privacy and end the session. You are in control. There will be a quiet space/time available for you after the session when you will be given electrolytes in spring water. Please allow time for this important relaxation after our session.
MINORS & SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Minors are permitted to receive our services with written consent by the parent or guardian. Parent, legal guardian, or approved supervisor must be present in our facility for the duration of the session. Parent or Guardian will be required to sign a consent form on behalf of the minor.
CONFIDENTIALITY & CONVERSATION
The discussion between the practitioner and the client is strictly confidential. We are happy to listen to your conversation and share our professional expertise. We prefer not to discuss topics of political, religious or sexual nature.
EXISTING AND NEW MECIDAL CONDITIONS
It is the responsibility of the client to keep Harmony 360 informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permissions from the physician, naturopath, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc. if written permission is necessary. The client must also keep the practitioner informed of any changes in health conditions as they occur.
